To initiate a return, please contact us to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Before you initiate the return of an item, here’s what you need to know:
For Chemistry:

You can return an item up to 30 days after purchase.

Products that are in NEW, UNOPENED, and UNUSED condition will receive a full refund within 10 business days from the time we receive your return. Refunds will be applied using the same payment method used to make the purchase.

Products that are in OPEN and USED condition will receive a prorated refund based on the amount of product remaining within 10 business days from the time we receive your return. Refunds will be applied using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
- Clearly mark the RMA number and original order number on the outside of the package.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you were eligible for free shipping on your order, you will receive a full refund minus our original shipping cost.
- Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

If we made an error and shipped an incorrect product you will not be charged for shipping on returns. All errors must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- If there is a damaged and leaking item, we recommend that you document it with a photo and politely refuse delivery of said item.
- We cannot accept returns on sale, clearance or closeout items.
For Rapid Refill System:
- Returns are allowed only after a Return Material Authorization (RMA) has been issued by Motor City Wash Works (MCWW).
- Please contact us to set up an RMA with MCWW on your behalf.
- Freight must be pre-paid back to MCWW.
- A 15% restocking charge may be applied by MCWW.
- MCWW retains the right to deny any portion of the value of the return material depending on the condition of the product as it is received.
For Marketing/Applicators:

ABC Wash Systems (ABC) may be able to return certain items or components which are widely used.
- Returns are allowed only after a Return Material Authorization (RMA) has been issued by ABC.
- Please contact us to set up an RMA with ABC on your behalf.
- Freight must be pre-paid back to ABC Wash Systems.
- A 20% restocking fee may be applied by ABC.
- ABC retains the right to deny any portion of the value of the return material depending on the condition of the product as it is received.
